Boyd Realty was established by Wilbur
Boyd in 1952, after having served for twenty years in the Florida
Legislature. He recognized the
value of a full-service real estate company. Boyd Realty has
evolved over the decades into a renowned leader in the Manatee
County real estate market.

25 developments for other developers from conception to sell out.
The Boyd Family created and built more than 25 projects in Manatee
and Sarasota county.

estate profession.
Brenda attended Florida State University, is a
mega-million
dollar producer. She has taught sales and marketing seminars as
well as designed and helped to implement marketing and promotional
campaigns for major league baseball.
